01
Getting started
What is the free one-page preview?
Before you commit to anything, we build one page of your new site and send you a private link. Open it on your phone and see how it feels. It is free, and you are not committing to a full website.
How do I get started?
Request a preview on our contact page, call Caden or email our team. We learn about your business, your customers and the work you want to share, and if the fit is right, we contact you about your free one-page preview.
What do I need to bring?
Photos or video of your work, if you have them. We will ask what you do, who your customers are and what you want them to do next, such as call, book or visit. We build the site from your own photos, your own projects and your own words.
02
Price and the plan
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the pages and features your business needs, so we do not publish one price. After your free preview, we agree the pages, price and timeline in writing before the full build starts. Nothing is added to your bill unless you choose it.
What is the difference between Essential and Complete?
Both are custom websites designed for phones first, with search optimization built in. Complete adds one personalized visual feature made for your business, like a project story, a before-and-after slider or a scroll reveal.
How long does a website take to build?
It depends on the pages you need and how much of your material, such as photos and service details, is ready. We agree the timeline in writing before we start, so you know it before you commit.
Do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
No. The care retainer and ad campaigns are optional add-ons you choose. The care retainer's billing starts only when you say so. An ad campaign has a setup fee, then a monthly management fee plus your ad spend, with a three-month minimum.
03
Your website
Who owns the website?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, the code is yours to keep and move, and you have access to the site accounts from the start, whether we look after the site or your own team does.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every site we build is designed for phones first. Before launch, we make sure calls, forms and bookings reach you, and we go through the site with you before it goes live.
Can my own team take over the site?
Yes. If you have a capable person ready to manage it, we hand over the code, accounts and documentation. Ownership is the same either way. We agree who handles future updates.
I already have a website. Can you help?
Yes. The Second Look examines the site you have, including clarity, speed and search optimization, before recommending a next step. Its scope and fee are agreed first.
04
Search optimization and ads
What is search optimization?
Search optimization, often called SEO, is the work that helps search engines and AI search tools find, read and understand your website. For a local business that means a clear page for what you offer, your service area named plainly, accurate business details, structured data, a sitemap and pages that load fast on a phone.
Is search optimization included in every website?
Yes. Every site we build, Essential or Complete, ships with it: page titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap, image descriptions, fast load times and plain answers to the questions your customers ask. We check those on every page before launch.
Does it help with AI search like ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews?
The same foundations apply. Google says its AI features rely on the same search basics, with no special tricks required, and AI search tools read clear, accurate, well-structured pages. That is what we build. Nobody controls when an AI tool mentions a business, so we do not promise it.
Can you guarantee a first-page Google ranking?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Rankings depend on Google, your competition and your reviews. We build the site that gives your business the best footing, and when we talk about results we use real numbers with real dates.
How do ad campaigns fit with search optimization?
Search optimization helps you show up in the free search results over time. Ad campaigns, such as Google Ads, put you in front of people searching right now. Many local businesses start with the website and its search optimization, then add ads when they are ready to grow.
Do you only work with businesses in Northeast Ohio?
No. We are based in Northeast Ohio and enjoy working with local businesses around Cleveland and Lakewood, and we work with small businesses nationwide too. When we cannot meet in person, we meet by phone or video.
05
Working with us
Who will I be working with?
Zach and Caden, the business owners behind Confidence InSites. The people you meet are the people who build your site. Caden is your primary contact for new projects, client communication and support, and our small team can help too.
What happens after my site launches?
Caden stays your point of contact. On a care retainer, we make the updates we agree on, keep the site running and check in with you. If you add an ad campaign, we run it and keep you posted.
