Confidence InSites

Two business owners, doing the work

Confidence starts with knowing who you are working with.

We are Zach Saxton and Caden Beegan. We co-own Beegan K9, a dog daycare in Lakewood, Ohio. Building its website and running its ads made us care about how the whole experience helps a business be seen, understood and trusted.

Your team

Two people, both business owners, both on your project from the first conversation to long after launch.

Founder, Design & Technology

Zach Saxton

Zach brings business experience and a practical interest in technology to the design of each site. He graduated from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business with a degree in Human Capital Management and a minor in Information Technology.

His background spans customer service, sales, marketing management, solar sales and account management. He previously worked in client success at Our Healthy Community, a local health tech startup.

Co-founder, Communications & Client Care

Caden Beegan

Caden is your primary contact for new projects, client communication and support. He gets to know your priorities, keeps you in the loop and helps you spot useful next steps. You have a real person to talk to as your business grows and changes.

Where it started

We co-own Beegan K9, a dog daycare in Lakewood, Ohio. We understand the daily work behind a small business because we do it ourselves. We built its website and run its ad campaigns, and here is what changed after the new site went live.

Daycare bookings per weekday
3.0 → 6.4January to June 2026, before the website, compared with September 28 to October 25, 2026.
Evaluation appointments
1 → 31One in the six months before launch. The new site made a free evaluation the first step; 31 were booked from July 1 to October 25, 2026.

Beegan K9 booking records, exported October 26, 2026. Scheduled appointments, not confirmed attendance; the evaluations include 5 cancellations and 1 no-show. The website and ad campaigns worked together, so we do not credit either one alone.

A website is one part of the bigger picture. Clear services, useful information, search optimization and well-run ads work together to help the right people discover a business, understand what makes it good and feel confident getting in touch.

Why we kept going

We went on to help family and friends, and Confidence InSites grew from that work. We are excited by businesses whose work we believe in. When someone puts real care into their craft, we want their digital presence to make that quality easy to see.

Why you

You might run a cafe, a trade business, a daycare or another service people depend on. You know the details that make your work good. We listen, ask questions and use your real photos, video and process to help customers find you and understand the care behind your work. The goal is a digital presence you feel confident sharing, backed by people who care about getting it right.

What we stand for

Our motto says it in four words: Real people. Real results. Here is what that means when you work with us.

  1. 01

    Real people

You talk to Zach and Caden, not a ticket queue. The people you meet are the people who build your site and answer when you call. Every message you get from us is written by one of us.

  2. 02

    Real results

We judge our work by what it does for your business: calls, bookings and customers through the door. When we talk about results, we use real numbers with real dates, the way we talk about our own.

  3. 03

    Your real work

Your site is built from your own photos, your own projects and your own words. We do not invent reviews, borrow other people's work or promise rankings nobody can guarantee.

  4. 04

    Confidence is key

You see a free preview before you pay for anything, and you know the scope, price and timeline in writing before we build. No surprises, so you can make the call with confidence.
